About IGPC

ART & PRODUCTION
To accommodate some 60 government clients and their hundreds of postage stamp designs annually, IGPC features a comprehensive, full-service art facility. In addition to a research team of over 100 members, and a stable of over 300 of the top freelance stamp artists, IGPC employs a full-time staff of graphic designers and in-house artists who can create a stamp design literally overnight. Furthermore, all designs can be scanned, output in color and perforated at any stage of development for the purposes of government approvals.

With the creation of the sheetlet, souvenir sheets, theme sets, gold foil stamps and 3-dimensional stamps, IGPC's Art Department has found new ways to "package" postage stamps without losing the integrity of the stamps, or the interest of the traditional collectors. Sets of Olympic champions, movie greats, rock & roll legends, Nobel Prize winners and world landmarks have proven extremely popular, while making collecting of complete sets a much easier task. In fact, these design concepts have proven so popular that postal authorities including the U.S., Great Britain and Canada have "adopted" them for their own stamp issues. And despite all these innovations, stamp collecting remains a solid investment opportunity for the future and an invaluable educational resource.

Burdened with the task of creating nearly half of the world's postage stamps annually, in addition to designing brochures, catalogs, ad campaigns and promotional materials, IGPC's art and production department certainly rates with any top advertising agency in terms of efficiency and quality.
